We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. 
Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm and over the weekend will be prepared and shipped on the next shipping day. 
Allow 2-3 business days for Custom Formulations to be prepared and shipped.
Pickup orders will receive an email when order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving that email.
