Who We Are.

Blue Crow Botanicals arose out of the need of Sojourn’s Community Health Center in southern Vermont to provide their practitioners and clients with potent, vibrant and local herbal medicine. Our founder Bonnie Bloom who was a clinical herbalist at Sojourns at the time, took up the mantle of medicine making to serve Sojourns needs and Blue Crow was begun! We remain the in house brand at Sojourns and have expanded our herbal community regionally and nationally with our online apothecary.

We grow as many of our own herbs as possible on our small farm in Greenfield, MA. We are committed to the use of sustainable, organic growing practices. When necessary, we sustainably wild harvest plants and source high quality herbs from our trusted partners local and national.

Herbal preparations are always made in small batches with organic cane alcohol. Our methods preserve the potent properties of plants to nurture and support the vitality of our community.
